Details:

1.This promotion is only available during the participation period. It is open to users who deposit a minimum of $100 and are at least 18 years old.

2.This promotion is exclusively applicable to the uSMART 3-Month USD Interest Reward Program, with a registration deadline of Jun 2th. Participants who deposit new funds within the following range will be eligible to receive corresponding interest. Both new and existing users can participate.

3.Clients keep the capital for three months without early redemption during the promo period are eligible for a guaranteed annual return of 6%. If the subscription period exceeds three months and the customer participates in the interest reward activity in USD Curency again, the interest will be distributed according to the normal annual interest rate between 4.55% and 4.85%, and no additional guaranteed subsidy will be provided.

4.The calculation of activity interest is as follows: Promotional Interest Earned = Indicated Amount * Annual Interest Rate on the 1st Day of the Promotion Period * Number of Days / 365.

5.Reward interest will be credited to your account within 3 working days after the end of the interest accrual period.

6.For clients who participate in the uSMART Interest Reward Promotion, all participation funds will be frozen during the interest reward promotional period. If you wish to withdraw or cancel your participation, kindly reach out our Client Service Specialists to unfreeze your idle funds. Please note that if your idle cash balance falls below your indicated amount on any given day during the promotional period, you will be automatically disqualified from the promotion, and no promotional interest will be rewarded.

7.Effective from 16 February 2023, uSMART SG may provide margin account users with a temporary trading limit of up to one third of their total frozen funds due to the interest reward program which could be utilized to purchase stocks. However, please note that it will be subjected to debit interest on any amount used. After the promotional period ends, all frozen funds will be released, and the temporary limit will be removed.

8.The company reserves the right to change, suspend, or terminate the above promotion, terms, and conditions at any time without prior notice to customers. All matters are subject to the interpretation of the company.

9.The company reserves the absolute discretion to change or cancel the promotion without further notice. In case of any dispute, uSMART Securities (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. reserves the final decision-making authority for the promotion, which is binding on participants. The company reserves the right to take any necessary legal action to recover rewards already deposited or paid to customers in case of fraud, violation of any regulations, or improper conduct leading to the termination of customer accounts. The company also reserves the absolute discretion to modify or cancel the promotion at any time without further notice. In case of any dispute, uSMART Securities (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. reserves the final decision-making authority regarding the promotion, which is binding on participants. If there is any suspicion of fraud, violation of any regulations, or improper conduct leading to the termination of customer accounts, the company reserves the right to take any necessary legal action to recover rewards already deposited or paid to customers.

Notes

  1. New uSMART users refer to those who did not have any trading accounts with uSMART and did not have any trading accounts with other uSMART entities.
  2. If your uSMART account displays signs of abuse, fraud or suspicious activity (examples of and not limited to; making trades that make no economical sense or benefits, closing account immediately after claiming rewards), uSMART may, in its sole discretion, forfeit your rewards and limit your participation in future promotions.
