New uSMART users who successfully opens an Standard or Intel account will be able to redeem 1 cash voucher each month, in the sequence indicated below:

For new users in October

  1. 10.1-10.31: 1 redemption (user will have 30 days from issuance to fulfil the redemption conditions)
  2. 11-2023.3: 1 redemption per natural month, as long as redemption conditions are fulfilled

 

For new users in November

  1. 11.1-11.30: 1 redemption (user will have 30 days from issuance to fulfil the redemption conditions)
  2. 12-2023.4: 1 redemption per natural month, as long as redemption conditions are fulfilled

 

FAQs

How to view/redeem the Vouchers/Reward Packs?

 

Vouchers/Reward Packs issued to your uSMART account can be found in [uSMART SG App > Me > Rewards Centre].


Please take note of the validity period for each voucher/reward pack.


Cash Voucher Reward Pack
If not selection is made, the reward pack will expire after 15 days and Reward A - USD 6 Cash Voucher x 6 will be issued by default.


Cash Voucher

After redemption, the corresponding value on the cash voucher will be credited into your uSMART account within 2 working days.

 

If not redeemed, the cash voucher will expire worthless after validity period.

Share Voucher
After redemption, the corresponding share(s) will be credited into your uSMART account within 5 working days.


If not redeemed, the cash voucher will expire worthless after validity period.

Can I withdraw the cash redeemed from the Cash Voucher?

Yes, you can withdraw the redeemed cash, no additional fee will be charged by uSMART.

 

Notes

1) New uSMART users refer to those who did not have any trading accounts with uSMART SG and did not have any trading accounts with other uSMART entities.

2) For avoidance of doubt, uSMART user who opens or funds a Trader account is excluded from this promotion.

3) Each person can only claim the rewards for the Welcome Package once.

4) If your uSMART account displays signs of abuse, fraud or suspicious activity (examples of and not limited to; making trades that make no economical sense or benefits, closing account immediately after claiming rewards), uSMART SG may, in its sole discretion, forfeit your rewards and limit your participation in future promotions.

5) Cash voucher and reward voucher are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for other items. Should the shares be unavailable for any reason whatsoever uSMART, in its decision, reserves the right to substitute the share with an alternative reward.

6) The value of shares voucher is calculated based on the share price and exchange rate as of 20/09/2022.

7) By taking part in this promotion, you acknowledge that you have read and consented to these Terms and Conditions.
